Market creation is rolling out gradually — it’s currently available to approved accounts, with access expanding so that anyone will be able to submit a market. You submit it through the create form, it goes through review, and the creation fee is charged once your market is approved and goes live.

How it works

Open the create form

Click Create Market in the sidebar at app.kash.bot.

Define your market

  • Title — the question the market answers
  • Outcomes — 2 to 8 possible answers
  • Resolve time — when the outcome will be known
  • Rules and sources — what counts as each outcome, and where the result will be verified

Review

Your submission goes to Kash for review — checking that the question is clear, the outcome is verifiable from the stated sources, and the content is allowed.

Approval and fee

Once approved, a one-time creation fee is charged from your balance. It seeds the market’s initial liquidity and keeps submissions serious.

Live

The market is deployed on-chain and appears on app.kash.bot for everyone to trade.
Suggestions can also be surfaced to organizations and partners on Kash, who curate ideas from their communities and elevate the strongest ones into live markets.

What makes a good market

  • A precise question — “Will BTC close above $150,000 on March 1?” beats “Will Bitcoin moon?”
  • Mutually exclusive outcomes — exactly one should be able to win
  • A verifiable result — resolvable from public, reliable sources
  • A sensible resolve time — soon enough to stay interesting, late enough that the answer is knowable
Markets on public events with objective outcomes: sports results, elections, economic data, product launches, awards, crypto milestones. Timely questions tied to things people are already talking about attract the most volume.
  • Predictions involving death, harm, or violence
  • Private individuals or personal information
  • Outcomes the creator or traders could manipulate
  • Illegal content or markets involving minors
  • Ambiguous questions that can’t be objectively resolved
