Fees

Fees are charged at the time of the trade — nothing extra is deducted from winning payouts, and there are no subscription, maintenance, or hidden fees.
Kash wallets are ERC-4337 smart accounts, and transaction gas is paid by a paymaster — so you never need to hold ETH:
  • Covered: trades, deposits credited to your account, position management
  • One exception: on mainnet, claiming winnings may deduct a small gas amount in USDC from the payout — you receive the net USDC. This is the only time gas touches your balance, and it’s taken from winnings, never charged separately.

Trades

  1. You confirm a trade on app.kash.bot (or via tweet-trading if you’ve enabled it)
  2. The trade executes on-chain from your own smart wallet on Base — gas sponsored
  3. Your position and balance update immediately, with a transaction hash you can verify on a block explorer
The trade ticket always shows the price, fees, and your estimated payout if you win before you confirm.
Confirmed blockchain transactions are final — there’s no reversal mechanism. But you’re never locked in:
  • Sell your position anytime before the market closes, at the current market price (1% protocol + 1% AMM fee)
  • Partial sales work too — reduce your position while keeping some exposure
  • Large positions may face price impact when exiting, since your own sale moves the price
Common causes:
  • Insufficient balance — the amount plus the 1% buy fee exceeds your available USDC
  • Market closed — trading stops at the market deadline
  • Price moved — the price shifted beyond your slippage tolerance between quote and execution
  • Rate limits — a small number of actions (like withdrawals, capped at 5 per hour) are rate-limited
If a trade fails, nothing is charged — check the market status and your balance, then retry. If it keeps failing, contact support@kash.bot.

Claims and payouts

When a market resolves and your outcome wins, the position becomes claimable:
  1. Open your Portfolio on app.kash.bot
  2. Press Claim on the resolved position
  3. Your winning shares redeem for a pro-rata share of the market reserve, and USDC lands in your wallet
On mainnet, the claim may deduct a small gas amount in USDC — you receive the net payout. There is no Kash fee on redemption. Cancelled markets work the same way with a Claim refund button, refunding each outcome at its price snapshotted at cancellation.Full details in the winning guide.
Winning shares redeem for a proportional share of the market’s USDC reserve — not a fixed amount per share. The estimated payout if you win shown on the trade ticket is your best guide; the final number is fixed at resolution based on the reserve and the total supply of winning shares. If multiple outcomes win, they share the reserve.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed automatically (no manual approval) and typically complete within minutes:
  1. Pending — request validated and queued
  2. Processing — executing on-chain
  3. Confirming — awaiting blockchain confirmation
  4. Completed — funds at your destination address
Withdrawals to networks other than Base are bridged automatically and take roughly 10–15 minutes. Exchanges may add a few minutes before crediting.
Supported destination networks: Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon. Cross-chain withdrawals may include bridging costs, shown in the quote before you confirm.

Tracking and problems

  • In the app: your Portfolio history lists every trade, claim, deposit, and withdrawal with live status
  • On-chain: every transaction has a hash you can look up on a Base block explorer (basescan.org) — all activity is publicly verifiable and permanent
Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and funds go to whoever controls the destination address — Kash cannot recover misdirected funds.Prevention:
  • Copy-paste addresses, never type them
  • Confirm the destination network matches what the recipient supports
  • Send a small test amount first when using a new address
  1. Check the transaction status in the app and on a block explorer first
  2. Contact support@kash.bot or use the in-app feedback widget
  3. Include: the transaction hash (if any), your wallet address, what you expected, and what happened
Screenshots help. Never share your login credentials with anyone — support will never ask for them.
All confirmed transactions on Kash are final. Verify amounts, addresses, and networks carefully before confirming — completed transactions cannot be reversed.
Kash sponsors gas for your transactions, so you only pay the trading fees: 1% on buys, 1% + 1% on sells, and nothing to claim winnings.
