Your Kash wallet

Your funds live in your own smart wallet on the Base network — an ERC-4337 smart account created for you when you sign up.
  • Your account, on-chain: the smart account belongs to you and holds your USDC and market positions
  • Non-custodial: deposits, trades, and payouts all execute from your own account — Kash never takes custody of your funds
  • Signing: the smart account is controlled by an embedded wallet (powered by Privy) tied to your login
  • Gasless: transactions are sponsored via a paymaster, so you never need ETH for gas
  • Transparent: everything is verifiable on the Base blockchain
Sign in at app.kash.bot and open your Portfolio:
  • Available balance — USDC ready to trade or withdraw
  • Open positions — the current value of your market positions
  • Claimable winnings — resolved positions waiting for you to claim
  • History — every deposit, trade, claim, and withdrawal
Balances update in real time as you trade, and everything is independently verifiable on a Base block explorer.
USDC only. All balances, trades, payouts, and withdrawals on Kash are in USDC — a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar.
  • Kash does not accept or auto-convert other tokens (no ETH, WETH, or DAI)
  • Fiat deposits (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are converted to USDC by the payment provider before reaching your wallet
  • Does Kash have a token? Kash has not launched a token. If that ever changes, it will be announced through official channels — treat anything else as a scam.

Deposits

Two ways, both from the deposit flow on app.kash.bot:1. Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — all fiat processing is handled by third-party payment providers; Kash never sees or stores your card or bank details:Additional payment options may appear in the deposit flow — fees and limits are always shown before you confirm.2. Direct crypto transfer — send USDC from any wallet or exchange on Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, BNB Chain, Linea, Scroll, Mantle, Mode, or Blast (11 – 100,000 per transaction, limits subject to change; no identity verification currently required, subject to compliance screening). Anything sent on a network other than Base is automatically bridged to Base for you.See the depositing guide for step-by-step instructions.
  • Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: usually within a few minutes of payment completing
  • USDC on Base: a couple of minutes
  • USDC on other networks: roughly 10–15 minutes, since the funds are bridged to Base automatically

Withdrawals

Open Withdraw in your wallet on app.kash.bot, enter an amount and destination address, and choose a destination network. Withdrawals are always in USDC.Supported destination networks: Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon. Withdrawals to networks other than Base are bridged automatically; bridging costs are shown in the quote. A fiat cash-out option, handled through Kash’s third-party payment providers, is also available in the withdrawal flow.Withdrawals are processed automatically and typically complete within minutes. See the withdrawing guide for the full walkthrough.
Limits are current as of publication — the app always shows live limits before you confirm.
No. There’s no minimum balance, no maintenance fees, and no lock-ups. You can hold a zero balance, and every feature works regardless of how much you hold. The only hard minimum is $1 per withdrawal.

Account access and security

Your wallet is tied to your Kash account. You can sign in with X (Twitter), Google, email, or an external wallet — whichever you used to create your account. A recovery email can be added in Settings so you’re not dependent on a single login method.
  • Secure your login method — enable 2FA on the X or Google account you sign in with, and add a recovery email
  • Verify addresses before every withdrawal — blockchain transactions can’t be reversed
  • Watch for phishing — only use app.kash.bot and official channels; Kash will never DM you asking for credentials
  • Monitor your activity — review your history regularly and contact support@kash.bot about anything suspicious
  1. Balance not updating? Refresh the page; deposits need blockchain confirmation first
  2. Deposit not showing? Verify you sent USDC on a supported network to the exact address shown in the deposit flow
  3. Withdrawal delayed? Check its status in the app — cross-chain withdrawals take longer
  4. Still stuck? Contact support@kash.bot or use the in-app feedback widget with the transaction details
Blockchain transactions are final. Always double-check destination addresses and networks — Kash cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or an unsupported network.
